Through Camp Erin, she worked with young people getting through grief and loss. At Fred Finch, she worked with teenagers struggling through a variety of traumas, family challenges and school issues. At Maxwell Family Therapy, Cristina also specializes in trauma using EMDR therapy and helping people move past a variety of issues that get them stuck in patterns. Those issues include both small traumas and large. Cristina was raised by a Mexican father and an Argentinian mother. She understands living in the difficulties and challenges of multiple cultures and managing cultural differences amongst family members. She is bi-lingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. What makes Cristina a wonderful therapist is not just her training and skills, but her positive energy and heart for people in need.
